“Slide stuck extended at Fort Wilderness on checkout morning. Carlos arrived by 10am, had the Schwintek motor replaced by noon. Made our checkout with 30 minutes to spare. Charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. Saved our vacation.”
“AC not cooling at the KOA in July. Called at 9am, Carlos was there by 11:30am. Run capacitor had failed. Replaced it in 30 minutes. Cold air by noon. Quote on the phone was $95, invoice was $95. Can't ask for more than that.”
“Pre-purchase inspection on a 2020 Class A at a Kissimmee dealer. Carlos found soft floor near the bathroom slide that the dealer had not disclosed - water damage from a failed slide seal. Price reduced $3,500 based on his report. The inspection paid for itself ten times over.”
“Annual inspection plus roof recoat done at my Hunters Creek storage facility. Carlos documented every penetration with photographs and moisture readings. Found two borderline points that I would never have noticed. Recoated on the spot. I now do this every October before Fort Wilderness season starts.”
“Generator would not start at Fort Wilderness on a 95-degree afternoon. Carlos identified carburetor varnish from summer storage, cleaned and rebuilt the carburetor on-site, tested under load. Generator has started first try every time since. Straightforward diagnosis, no upsells.”
“400W solar system installed at my Poinciana home. Carlos sized it correctly for my specific use pattern - Kissimmee State Park no-hookup camping. System has delivered exactly the performance he projected. All connections look professional and everything is clearly labeled. Well done.”
